Leasing Is available with LEAF Leasing, Quotes based upon $70,000 with a 90 day deferral are as follows:

“The Lease-to-Purchase program through Leaf Leasing in (Missouri) is for customers in USA. The lease runs at about 7-8% interest and can be structured for a few years or less. At the end of the lease period, you own it without further payment (not like a car where you have to return it). They will even schedule your lease payment for the year for during your cash flow season only if applicable. You can take the lease costs directly off your tax return yearly instead of having to depreciate it out over 8 years. It can be based only on cash flow and not on assets, so it doesn’t affect your bank borrowing on your assets.

The “Lease to Purchase” program allows you to spread the “total” cost (including site prep, concrete, transportation, and installation or electrical upgrades you might need for this project) for the desired plan and then you really own it. Annika Magruder takes care of all the paperwork at Leaf Leasing and reviews all our applications for the Lease-to -purchase program.

We never see nor do they share any of your information with us. We get no commission for offering this program. We see none of your information. They are VERY honest people. We have worked with them for almost 9 years now.”

The Rotary II Grave Digger from SEMCO/SEMCOLD LLC is a specialized machine designed to simplify and enhance the process of grave opening. Built with powerful hydraulic systems and equipped with advanced features, the Rotary II offers a combination of efficiency, precision, and reliability that cemeteries depend on. With over 40 years of experience in developing cemetery machinery, SEMCO/SEMCOLD LLC delivers a machine that increases profitability by improving the speed and quality of grave openings.

At SEMCO/SEMCOLD LLC, we take pride in offering top-of-the-line gravedigger machines that deliver superior performance. Whether you’re working on a large cemetery project or handling smaller grave digging tasks, our machines provide the power and precision needed to get the job done efficiently. With years of experience in the industry, we understand the specific challenges faced by professionals in this field. That’s why we have designed our gravedigger machines to be reliable, durable, and easy to operate.

  • Hydraulic Power and Precision
The Rotary II features an upgraded hydraulic system, offering smooth and consistent digging. The direct inline linkage to the digger’s head, combined with its new “Safe-Bite” hydraulic system, allows for better performance in rocky soil conditions. This ensures smooth operation while avoiding excess strain on the machine. Whether dealing with hard, compacted ground or rocky areas, the Rotary II adapts to the terrain with ease.
  • Ease of Use and Maintenance
Designed for user convenience, the machine’s controls are simple and intuitive, placed at the operator level for easy access. The control panel groups all digging and driving controls, allowing operators to handle the machine efficiently. Plus, the engine is positioned low for easier servicing, reducing downtime and keeping the machine operational for longer stretches.
  • Superior Digging and Conveying
One of the standout features of the Rotary II is its ability to dig and convey dirt simultaneously, saving valuable time. The buckets convey granulated dirt to trailers while the digger advances through the ground, allowing for quick and efficient excavation. The machine’s auto system also prevents overloading, ensuring that operations run smoothly.
  • Custom-Built for Longevity
With heavy-duty components such as an enclosed engine and hydraulic cooling system, the Rotary II is built to withstand tough conditions. Whether dealing with hardpan, frozen ground, or shale, this machine is designed to power through problem soils without a hitch. Its strong construction ensures longevity, reducing maintenance costs and extending service life.

One of the standout features of our gravedigger machine is its advanced hydraulic system. This technology ensures smooth and controlled digging, reducing the risk of errors and damage to surrounding areas. Additionally, our machines come equipped with reinforced digging arms and durable cutting edges, allowing them to easily cut through tough soil and rocks. Because we know time is critical in this line of work, we have made sure that the machines are also easy to maintain, with readily accessible parts for quick repairs.

The Rotary II Grave Digger is essential for any cemetery looking to increase efficiency and quality in grave opening services:

  • Rocky Soil Conditions: Its “Safe-Bite” hydraulic system improves digging in tough soils like rocky or caliche, ensuring clean, precise cuts with minimal disruption.
  • Quick Setup: The machine requires less than half the space of a standard backhoe, making it ideal for tight working areas in cemeteries.
  • Refined Finishing: The Rotary II offers a “machined perfect” grave opening, providing a clean, finished look without requiring extra manual trimming, adding dignity to the process.

For customers looking for more customization, we offer optional attachments and upgrades to suit specific needs. Whether you need a wider digging arm or enhanced traction, we have solutions tailored to your project requirements. By choosing SEMCO/SEMCOLD LLC, you are investing in quality equipment backed by our dedicated customer service.
