SEMCO/SEMCOLD LLC is a Texas Corporation located in Pharr, Texas, and involved in engineering, design, and manufacturing of custom labor-saving machinery, refrigeration equipment, commercial ice plants & other contract manufacturing.

The company was established in 1938 as SEMCO MANUFACTURING COMPANY and was primarily involved with agricultural equipment in its early years. Other products and services were added through the years.

In 1976, James R. Hatton, P.E., purchased SEMCO and reorganized the company. SEMCO grew rapidly under Hatton’s leadership as other equipment lines and services were added & the product line was diversified to meet the needs of other industries.

In August 2016 the company building and manufacturing equipment was bought by Norman Caudle and structured a new company by the name SEMCO/SEMCOLD LLC. The previous SEMCO company had been dissolved by the previous owner.

SEMCO/SEMCOLD LLC to this day remains totally committed to providing our customers with the highest quality equipment & services possible. The company has expanded its product equipment line to better fit in today's economy. We welcome the opportunity to quote on your projects.
