With our custom in-house design and manufacturing capabilities, we offer the perfect ice crusher machines for breaking block ice into small fragments. Ideal for producing and blowing snow-type ice. These machines are designed to be simple and efficient, allowing for easy operation using either electric motors or diesel engines.

To cater to your specific requirements, we provide two models. The DCB (Diesel Crusher Blower) and ECB (Electric Crusher Blower). These models can handle block ice weighing up to 300 pounds and deliver an impressive output of approximately 25 tons per hour. The blowing distance ranges from 70 to 90+ feet for diesel units and 40 to 45 feet for electric units. Additionally, we have special X models that can accommodate block, tube, and fragmented ice.

In the case of our Diesel Blower and Electric Blower, they are exclusively designed to handle tube, fragmented, and cracked ice. The delivery rate and blowing distance remain consistent with the DCB and ECB models.

All our units are manufactured using standard A-36 steel, meticulously prepped with an industrial red oxide primer paint. Finished with a durable industrial enamel paint. The shafts are crafted from 1018 cold rolled steel, and the ice picks are made from 4140 hardened steel. Which undergo heat treatment after machining for enhanced durability.
